You email us with your order → We email you back confirming your order→
Payment → We email you with the confirmation of payment, and to notify you that we will start making your doll(If you wish) we let you know how the production is going → We email you about the delivery → Delivery

We confirm your order by email, within the next day.
Please read the following information carefully, before placing an order.

We start making dolls on receipt of the payment (We only accept payment upfront).

The shipping cost is to be paid on delivery.

We cannot accept orders from clients under 18years old.

Trottla’s dolls are all handmade. One doll may not look exactly like another as mass manufactured dolls do.

For quality improvement, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

Using the dolls for making profit is strictly prohibited.

The price of the export model is 10% higher than the domestic model.
